Built on years of running our own portfolio.
We wanted our own portfolio to give us income and the freedom to get on with our lives. We tested different operating concepts to find a way of running it that worked for us.
In 2022, we built a short-stay hospitality operation under our guest brand, Sunrise Vacations. From there, we developed a model that combined the income potential of short stays with our own technology and ongoing property care.
That experience became the foundation for Vexera Group. Today, we bring the same approach to other portfolio owners.
