What we do
Portfolio management
We run your apartments as short stays and handle the daily operation. You receive the income after operating costs and our fee, with clear reports on performance and property care.
Whole-block leasing
We become the long-term tenant for your entire apartment block. You receive the agreed rent, while most day-to-day landlord tasks move to our team.
Routine care and maintenance
Regular checks and routine repairs keep property care part of the daily operation. This is included in both arrangements, with structural responsibilities agreed separately.
